Telemedicine consultations are conducted through Microsoft Teams. By participating in a telemedicine session, you acknowledge that virtual consultations have limitations compared to in-person visits. Emergency situations should always be addressed by calling emergency services.

6. Payments

Payment for services is processed through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Insurance claims are subject to approval by the respective insurance provider.
